All bookings include maid and laundry service three days a week
Minimum bookings:
Over Christmas and/or New Year, we don't hike our rates, but we do ask for a minimum booking of 14 nights
Rest of the year - 7 nights
Discounts:
Early Booking
More than 6 months ahead - 10% off the weekly rate for the first week or two (see "Longer Stays")
Longer Stays
High Season - 10% for the third complete week. 10% thereafter.
Low Season - 20% for the second complete week. 20% thereafter.
