Hill Rise House - Rental Rates for exclusive occupancy

The tariff structure of Hill Rise House helps us to charge an affordable rate for small numbers of visitors. All bookings, however, are for exclusive occupancy of the property, with 2 acres of tropical gardens with private pool and tennis court.

Valid for bookings up to 14 April 2012 (thereafter, subject to confirmation)
High Season: 15th December to 14th April
Low Season: 15th April to 14th December

*If only one villa is booked, the other will not be rented. The entire property is exclusive to the renter. Extra days, pro rata at the rate for the last complete week.

Minimum bookings:

Over Christmas and/or New year
One villa - 17 nights. Two villas - 14 nights.

Rest of the year - 7 nights

There are no extras, but we have Discounts:

High Season - 10% first week or two, early booking more than 6 months ahead.
High Season - 10% for all third and/or additional complete weeks.
Low Season - 10% first week, early booking more than 6 months ahead.
Low Season - 20% for all second and/or additional complete weeks.
