The exclusive neighbourhood of private residences on large plots is in a perfect location, enjoying panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and the dramatic slopes of Nevis Peak.

At night, ocean liners with lights sparkling, pass by to make their haven among the glittering illuminations of Basseterre on the neighbouring island of St. Kitts, and the lights of Charlestown twinkle below, under a canopy of stars.

It takes just a few minutes to drive down to Charlestown for banks, shopping and the ferry to St. Kitts. The airport is about 25 minutes away, almost the furthest point on the island road which encircles Nevis peak. Nowhere on the island is more than half an hour.

Need the beach? The golden palm fringed sands of Nevis are only a short drive away on this tiny unspoiled island. At 500 feet, it is much cooler up here, and no sand flies.
