All special offers are net prices, when booked directly with the owners.
"Specials" are normally introduced for times when tourism on the island is slow. Other "specials" are offered where there is a single gap of a week plus odd days between existing bookings. We do not publish "specials" for short notice bookings because we try to encourage our guests to book early.
