She can prepare a meal for you at a service charge per meal plus the actual cost of the food.
Cooking Service Charges, payable directly to Donna:
Light Lunch - US$5.00 per head
- minimum US$15.00 per meal
Occasional Dinner - US$25.00 per meal plus US$5.00 per head
- minimum US$35.00 per meal
Dinners for at least 4 nights each week - US$20.00 per meal plus US$5.00 per head
