PERSONAL LUGGAGE

What should I take?

  • Travel light! Local airlines can be very strict when it comes to charging for excess baggage.
  • Hill Rise House has limited closet facilities.
  • Beach Towels are provided.
  • Our housekeeper will rotate your clothes through the laundry.
  • Ladies may like to dress up for evenings out.
  • Long pants in the evenings for gentlemen.
  • You may need a little extra warmth on winter evenings.
  • Don't forget your personal medications if required.
Other reminders:
  • Personal stereo and/or CDs (there are a few CDs in the house)
  • Paperback books (there are quite a lot of books left by other guests - please leave yours behind if you have finished with them!)
  • Laptop (we have a dial-up internet connection)
  • Drivers Licences (you will need to present your drivers licence to purchase a local driving permit)
  • Tennis racquets and balls if you are serious tennis players. (otherwise make do with what you find in the house)
