Who do I turn to if I have a problem?

Our housekeeper, Donna, is responsible for the general management and the owner is usually only a phone call away.

Is there maid service?

Our housekeeper, Donna, will come in every morning (at variable times) except Sundays and public holidays to make the beds and generally tidy up. She has no fixed hours. If you are a small party with little work for her, you might like to give her the odd day off. She will be paid just the same.

Are there the services of a cook?

Either full attendance at meal times, or meal preparation can be arranged as when required at an extra charge payable locally. Kindly warn us when booking. Please do not ask Donna to prepare food (cleaning fish, vegetables, etc.) unless you have an understanding with her as to how much she will be paid.

Can I get my laundry done?

Our housekeeper, Donna, will launder anything that does not require special care. There is no formal charge although we hope you will give her a good tip if there is a lot of personal laundry.

Is the pool serviced?

Yes, by outside contractor twice a week.

Is there a gardener?

Yes, Bernard works on weekdays from 7.00 am to 3.30 pm. If his activities disturb you, please have a word with our housekeeper, Donna.

Do I need to give tips to the staff?

Of course this is entirely up to you. If you have been well looked after, tips are much appreciated.
